Cooking Class: Best of British Game with Chef Director Hywel Griffith
Learn how to navigate the pitfalls of preparing and cooking game, along with gaining some delicious ideas that you may have otherwise not thought of from game expert Hywel. In this class you can expect to cook with venison, partridge, hare, wild boar and rabbit.
This event will begin at 10am, with a relaxed meet and greet over welcome pastries and tea and coffee. You’ll be paired up in the kitchen to work, learning directly from Hywel as he guides you through the cooking process for each item. You’ll also enjoy an informal light lunch during the course of the class.
Each guest will be given their own Beach House branded apron and recipe cards, wonderful keepsakes from an exciting day.
Each cooking class should finish around 4pm.
