Cooking Class: Fish - Butchery and Cooking Chef Director Hywel Griffith
In this class, Hywel will teach you how to prepare and cook fish - it's not always as easy as it may seem.
This event will begin at 10am, with a relaxed meet and greet over welcome pastries and tea and coffee. You’ll be paired up in the kitchen to work, learning directly from Hywel as he guides you through the cooking process for each item. You’ll also enjoy an informal light lunch during the course of the class.
Each guest will be given their own Beach House branded apron and recipe cards, wonderful keepsakes from an exciting day.
Each cooking class should finish around 4pm.
